水前寺菜
いかにも栄養がたっぷりそうな色。
表が緑で裏が赤紫。
*水前寺菜の胡麻和え
*秋刀魚の塩焼き
*タコの柔らか煮と小芋のたいたん、オクラとニヌキの炊き合わせ
*三豊茄子の焼きナス
*泉州の水ナスの塩漬け
お盆以降の雨や異常気温で野菜が高くて!
なにもこの季節に無理して高いほうれん草を食べることもないし…
初めて「水前寺菜」を買ってみました。
特にコレといった味でもなく。
朝もスムージーに「モロヘイヤ」を使っています。
今、採れるものでいいもんね。(^_-)-☆
