＊蓮根の海老はさみ揚げ（生協）
天つゆを衣に混ぜてあるので、何もつけずにそのままで
とても美味しい1品でした
大助かり！　(^_-)-☆

＊もやし、カニカマ、三つ葉の胡麻酢和え

ただの黒毛和牛！

黒毛和牛なので切り落としでも柔らかくて美味しいんでしょうね

きれいな揃ったロース肉はすき焼きのときくらいしか買えないですが
切り落としはその端っこなので、柔らかいですね
直ぐにちぎれてちいさくなりますが…

美味しい牛肉は料理の味の決め手ですね。(^^) 彩りも良く、とっても美味しそうです。彩り大切ですね。我が家のはキノコオンリーで茶色づくしでした。反省！(^^;

こういうシンプルな調理では、お肉そのものの味が決め手ですね
