鶏もも肉、玉ねぎ、人参、ジャガイモ、讃岐のめざめ
甘みがあって美味しいルーです　(n*´ω`*n)

サラダ菜、トマト、卵

＊谷屋のお揚げさん
辛子明太子マヨ、カリカリおジャコを乗せてトースターで焼いて
上に大葉を
煮物とはまた違った美味しさです　(^_-)-☆

シチュー美味しそう、これだけで色んな野菜が捕れて良いですよね、

さっと塩ゆでしたのを上に乗せました
一緒に煮込むと、せっかくの讃岐のめざめの歯触りが亡くなると思って
美味しかったです
