迎春越年スキー旅行から帰って来て、また主婦業が始まりました。 1/4はババショフのお誕生日。 息子一家もやってきてお祝いでした。 鯛を1匹買ったんですが、わたしは塩焼きがあまり好きでないのでお造りに。 鱗をつけたまま皮をひいてもらって、3枚におろしてもらいました。 その皮を鱗のついたままから揚げに! 美味しかった! 最高の酒の肴になりました。(^_-)-☆ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
