粕汁がまだ残っていたので、あるもので済ませました。 この「じゃがいもと豚肉のシャキシャキ炒め」、久しぶりです。 土生姜でジャガイモ、豚肉、ピーマンを炒めて塩コショウだけ。 今回はマッシュルームが残っていたのでそれも。 ジャガイモはまだ半分硬いのが美味しいです。(^_-)-☆ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
