オンラインでの講座に参加しました。
赤十字病院の肝臓検査が長引いて・・始まる５分前に帰宅・・
２時間余・講師の永田久美子先生他の話を聴いた・
日頃から自分で実行していることの有用も確認できた。

小生は半ボケを自認しているので、若干怪しくなった人たちともイーブンで交際している・・
近未来に自分もそのような状態になった時を想定して先取りで学んでいる。

生来軽い人種なので・警戒されないらしく・・昔話を聞く機会が多いのも知識の積み重ねになる。
