<紙を丸める＞

右手首のリハビリで実施ている。
A４の紙をできるだけ右手だけで小さく丸める。
１日２回くらい挑戦しているが薬指と小指が不調なので意外に難しい。
先日大リーグに挑戦する、オリックスの吉田選手が指先の強化で（新聞紙A１）を握りつぶしていると話していた。
下記は握りつぶした紙を広げた状態-しわだらけになった。
