練り物を入れる前に大根を煮込みます。こちらの大根、なかなか軟らかくならなくて・・・。
練り物と厚揚げ、巾着を入れてもう一度煮込みます。
最高気温が20℃を超えるサンディエゴと言えど、最低気温は13℃と朝夕は冷えます。
よって、温かい物が食べたくなります。サンディエゴでの初めてのおでんです。
やっぱり和食が一番ですね。(^_^)
