朝食でいただいたのは、【サブウェイ】（ ビバタウン板宿店：神戸市須磨区前池町３丁目４－１ ）の「ＢＬＴ（Bacon Lettuce Tomato）」（レギュラー・５５０円）です。
 
購入が前日でうので、＜パン＞本体がソースを吸い込んだ感じで柔らかくなっていましたが、基本的な具材のサンドイッチとして、（３３５キロカロリー）おいしくいただきました。
