朝食としていただいたのは、頂き物の「オープンアップルパイ」です。

パイ生地に包まれた〈アップルパイ〉では、詰められている〈リンゴ〉は、コンポートされていますが、「オープンアップルパイ」では、コンポートされずに薄切りにされた〈リンゴ〉が使用されています。

甘さ控えめの味わいで、おいしくいただきました。
