天然ブリ（高知）のお造り－2012/4/9　Mon.

ちょっと小ぶりの天然ブリです。
1/4身、腹身を買いましたが、脂は余り乗ってませんでした。
もう終わりなのかな？
アッサリしていたので、分厚く切って。

天然ブリ、いいですね～！そういえばお刺身しばらく食べていません。近くのスーパーの魚屋さんで売ってないのが悲しいです。

ブリにしては小さかったので、脂ののりはイマイチでした。
でも、アッサリしていて、それもいいもんです。
