今年も漬けたんですが、色が綺麗なピンクです。 色的にはいいんですが・・・ 前は毒々しい赤になったんですが、その赤いほうが赤カブらしくて好きです。 今回は、お砂糖を控えたのが原因かな? 酢:砂糖=1:1だそうですが、お砂糖を少し減らしたからかな? また漬けます。 こんどはやっぱり1:1にします、甘いけど。
