「めのり」も瀬戸内の冬の風物詩です。 お魚屋さんやスーパーで売っているんですが、買ったことがありませんでした。 先日、新聞にその炊き方が出ていて、ババショフが買ってきてというので… 2/5に買ってきたら、早速炊いてくれました。 「磯じまん」のような海苔の佃煮になりました。 とても美味しかったです。 いい常備食になりました。
