前日の手巻きずしのハマチの残りです。 1尾買って、片身は昨晩に。 残りの片身は照り焼きにしました。 天然ものの小ぶりなので、脂っぽくないですがしっとり焼けました。 わたしはいつも鍋照りです。 片栗粉をつけて素焼きして、タレを絡めます。 柔らかく、美味しく出来ました。(^_^)v
