スーパーに行くと「肉の日」の幟がいっぱい! でもお造りにできる新鮮な鰯を買ってしまったので… 前回の鰯より小さくて、捌くのも自分でだったので大変でした。 皮を引きにくくて身が壊れる。 鰯はやはり「弱い」魚だと痛感しました。 鯖のように「生き腐れ」と言われてるので、帰ってすぐに捌いてチルド!
