*揚げ春雨のキノコあんかけ
朝日新聞に「うまみ楽しむ"鳥の巣"」と載ってた!
「鳥の巣」だなんて面白いヤン。
やってみよぉ~と早速。
干しエビ、シメジ、舞茸を炒めて煮て、黒酢の餡かけ
酸味が美味しかったです。
春雨を揚げるのパっと広がって、面白い!(*^^)v
*秋刀魚の土生姜、梅干し煮
前回、焦がしたので慎重に。美味しくできました。(*^^)v
*お大根の皮のキンピラの卵まき
*サラダほうれん草にカリカリ豚バラとトマトをのせて
