道の駅巡りで四万十とおわに行ったとき、買いました(冷凍です)。 すっかり忘れてしまっていたんです。 瀬戸内の小海老と違って、黒い!\(◎o◎)/! 殻もちょっと硬いし。 頭を取りながら、かき揚にはむかないかなぁと心配でした。 手が面白い! ひょろっと長いんですね。 揚げると…真っ赤! 瀬戸内の小海老より赤くなる! そしてとても美味しかったです。 殻も硬くなかったです。(^_-)-☆ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
