ダイエット、ダイエット! お財布の。(^^ゞ 白菜、キャベツ、お大根(最初に軽く塩をしておきます)で、3種類のお漬物を作りました。 白菜・・・柚子、お昆布、鷹の爪、こぶ茶 キャベツ・・・人参、きゅうり、梅紫蘇かりかり漬けで お大根・・・おでんのときの大根の皮、大根葉、土生姜、こぶ茶 塩分を控えめにしたので、いくらでも食べられます。 和風サラダの感覚です。(^^ゞ 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
