＜歩行数の間違い？＞

最近は暑いので歩行数が減っているが（歩数計）では目標の５０００歩前後が記録されている。自宅からバス停まで確認しながら歩いてみたら想像以上に数字が伸びていた。
手術前は（７０cm幅）で歩いていたが現在は平地で（５０ｃｍ・・上り坂では（３０cm幅）でトボトボ歩くので歩数が増えるようだ。
下半身強化が目的で（チョコザップのランニングマシーン）で時速５キロで５～１０分歩いてカバーしている。
