先週の月曜日に仕込んだ塩麹、温かい部屋に置いておいたので、甘酒の香りがしてきました。
たぶん、これで完成かしら。
本当に簡単にできました。麹も水も日本のと違うので、全く一緒とはいきませんが、かなり近い物ができました。
これなら使えそう~♪
