本当の打ちこみうどんは、麺を茹でずに、打ちたての麺をつかいます。 だから味噌仕立てのお汁がドロドロします。 わたしはそれが苦手なので、普通の茹で麺で。 野菜タップリ! 牛蒡は絶対!あとはあるもので。 我が家は牛蒡、玉ねぎ、大根、金時人参、しめじ、こいも、お蒟蒻を。 菊菜も。 そして豚肉をタップリ!(^_-)-☆ 温まってとても美味しいです。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
