鯛のあら煮－2012/5/25...
吉甲の大将にコツを教えてもらいました。
熱湯をかけて、余分の鱗やくさみをとってから、煮つけます。

わたしは甘口が好きなので甘めに。
とても美味しかったです。
ウルトラは薄いというけど。

お豆腐といっしょに。(^_^)v

義姉が来ると、熱湯をかけて上手に煮つけてくれます。

甘くすると美味しいですね。

熱湯がポイントね。(^_^)v

甘口がすきなんです。
お店だと、黒砂糖などをつかってコクをだしますが、わたしは三温糖で。
自分では最高の出来なんですが・・・
