ババショフの岡山の知り合いから、殻付き牡蠣が届きました。 岡山の牡蠣です。 前日のオコパーでも焼きました。 殻から出して、牡蠣フライをつくって冷凍もしました。 残りは佃煮にするとババショフがいってます。 「海のミルク」といわれる栄養豊富な牡蠣ですが、私は無理です。<m(__)m>
