小春日和の一日でしたが、やはり陽が落ちると真冬。 寒い晩になりました。 白菜があったのでロース白菜に。 お皿に盛るとき、スープ皿だと冷めるのでお鍋にしました。 この方が食べたい時に小さいお皿にとれて熱々が食べられます。(^_^)v とても美味しかったです。
