*おでん風(鶏もも肉、竹輪、天ぷら、じゃがいも、お蒟蒻、にぬき)
*こん刺し 辛子酢味噌で
*ハマチ漬けの長芋とろろ和え
*お酢の物(もずく、きゅうり、しらす)
風邪でダウンしてた日。
鰹出汁と鶏肉の上品な味で、おでん風にしました。
お蒟蒻は別に炒り煮して炊き合わせ。
お蒟蒻は作りたての、まだあったかかった産直の。
こん刺しも。
やはり食欲はあまりなく、ハイボールも進まず…
やっと500mlを飲んだって感じ!
