「鰆の梅蒸し」は、梅干しの果肉をつぶしてペースト状にしたものと醤油、味醂で。
とても美味しかったです。
おネギはきらいなので、本の通りではないですが、約206kcal。
「里いもの海苔かけ」は普通に里いものたいたんに青海苔をふりかけただけ。
本は「のりまぶし」だったけど。
59Kcal。
これだけなら265Kcalだけど、飲んだり軟骨ヤゲンのから揚げがあるからなぁ。
500kcalはなかなか難しいです。
