いつも大きなアルミの寸胴鍋で作って、食べるときに土鍋に盛るんですが、
今回は小さな土鍋にも分けました。
これでもまだ寸胴鍋に残っているんですよ。
牛スジ肉(約キロ)、ニヌキ、お大根、お蒟蒻、じゃがいも、タコ、天ぷら、牛蒡天、竹輪、シュウマイ、ロールキャベツ、お餅入り巾着、お豆腐、厚揚げ、生椎茸
11/29のお昼まで食べることになりました。
最後はおうどんを入れて。大好きなんです。
