立春らしく、暖かくなった日。 久しぶりに過ごしやすかったです。(^_-)-☆ レンコンのシャキシャキ感が大好きです。 最初に、ゴマ油に鷹の爪と土生姜の千切りを入れてゴマ油に味をつけ、牛肉を7割くらい炒めます。 そこへレンコンを入れて、味つけして炒めるだけ! 簡単で美味しいご飯のおかずです。 もちろん、お酒のアテにも最高ですね。(^_^)v 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
