日の出時刻＜４：５６＞の朝６時の気温は「２５．０度」、最高気温は「２８．４度」の曇り空の神戸のお天気でした。
 
本日のお昼ご飯は、「豚肉と大根の煮物」＋「ブロッコリーとウインナのオイスター炒め」＋「刺身（鮭）」＋「胡瓜の酢の物」＋「お吸い物（小松菜）」＋「果物（パイナップル」でした。

松山では悲惨な土砂災害がありました。
い状況だと言われながら、自然に対して人間は無力だと改めて感じています。
少々の暑さも、自然なことだと我慢かな。（苦笑）
