にきり、付焼きや白焼きが普通ですね。
お造り、初めて!
大将が水槽から取り出して、目の前で捌いてくれました。(^_-)-☆

白身の、クセのない味で美味しかったです。
もっと脂っぽいのかと思っていたんですが、やはり白身のお魚です。
とても美味しかったです。
サービスで、ヒラメの縁側つきです。(^_^)v
肝!
真っ赤な肝も初めて!
内臓類の苦手なわたしでも、とても美味しく食べられました。
ほんの5分前まで生きていたのかと思うと…ゴメンチャン!
5/11の高松ミニオフ会、ここにしようかと思ってます。
「味どころ 吉甲」です。
ウルトラのLC仲間のお店か、プール仲間のここか迷ったけど・・・
バチコもあるし・・・ココに決定しようっと!(^_-)-☆
