器にもるとき、気付きました。
お蒟蒻、入れ忘れた!!!(-_-)/~~~ピシー!ピシー!
ガァ~~~~ン!
圧力鍋でお大根、牛蒡、レンコンを煮込んだんですが、これも大失敗!
ただ柔らかいだけ!
お大根に味が「しゅんだ」と言う感じはなし。
やっぱり手間でもコトコト煮込むべきだした。
後から入れた人参はいい味でした。
いい教訓になりました。
忙しくても、手間をかけるところはかけないとね。
圧力鍋、まだまだ奥が深いです。
お肉なら美味しくなるんだけど・・・
