春巻きの皮でカップにします。

和洋折衷の、家庭料理です。(^^ゞ

「ビーフストロガノフ 赤ワインライスを添えて」
盛り付けが難しくて・・・
このようにはできません。
牛ヒレ肉を使った、贅沢なビーフストロガノフです。
ビーフストロガノフといえば、薄切り牛肉と思っていたんですが、レッスンの時に食べたのがたまらなく美味しくて!
忘れないうちに作りました。
