前日のおでん、根菜の炒めなますが残っていたので、カンタン楽勝な晩御飯でした。 鯖のから揚げを、お澄まし汁くらいのお出汁に煮浸して、大根おろしをのせて食べます。 さっぱりしていて、青い魚でもOK!食べられます。 【コメント欄にも画像あります】
