小さくても鯛は鯛!(^_^)v
鱗を付けたまま3枚におろしてもらって、捨てたのは内臓だけ。
あとは丸まる使い切りです。
まず、鱗つき皮のから揚げ。
うぅ〜ん、酒の肴に最高!(^_^)v
軽く塩こしょうして、片栗粉でから揚げ。
レモンで。
超お薦めです。
天使ちゃん、したかなぁ?
次はお造り。
鯛のお造りは、淡白だから特にどうってことないけど美味しかったです。
アラは潮汁にしようと思ったけど、アルコール一家だからアラ煮に。
翌日に食べます。
ほるとこ、なし!(^_-)-☆
