またまた家にあるもので。 鶏もも肉があったので、ちょっと目先を変えて焼き鳥風に。 ネットで探してやってみました。 チューブの練りウニはないから、梅干しで。 ネットにも「ご自宅に梅が有る方は梅を叩いて細かくして使って下さい」とあったのでそうしたんですが! 塩辛かった! 味醂で割るべきだったなぁ。 失敗でした。<m(__)m>
