*ブリの照り焼き
わたしは鍋照りにします。
片栗粉を両面につけてフライパンでゆっくり焼きます。
あとはタレをからめるだけ!
タレ(砂糖:醤油:酒:みりん=1:2:2:2)
とても美味しかったです。
とても美味しいブリでした。
香川産。
香川はハマチの養殖が盛んだから、その流れでしょうか?
脂がのっていて、しっとり焼き上がりました。
